Franchise Terms & Conditions

• Zero Initial Cost: The Company will not charge any initial fees from the Franchise Owner.
• Recruitment: The Franchise Owner is responsible for onboarding Sellers and Delivery Boys.
• Marketing: The Franchise Owner will manage and fund local marketing activities within their city.

Payments & Revenue

• Delivery Boys: Must be paid on a weekly basis.
• Sellers: Must settle their payments every day.
• Settlements: The Franchise Owner is responsible for monthly financial settlements.
• Revenue Sharing: 50% of the monthly earnings will go to the Franchise Owner, and 50% will go to the Company.

Company Policies & Actions

• Probation Period: The Franchise Owner will be under observation for the first two months. Performance during this period will determine permanent status.
• Termination: If the work performance is unsatisfactory, the Company reserves the right to reassign the franchise to another partner.
• Compliance: All bills must be paid on time.
• Reporting: Any issues or operational problems must be reported to the Company immediately.
• Company Support: The Company will handle App Management, Customer Support, and Technical Support.
